What You'll Do :

  • Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach
  • Maximize sales growth in a commission-based environment
  • Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after-sale service
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom
  • Become an expert in our products and services through training
  • Assist with store opening / closing procedures and support warehouse / delivery teams

    • Who You Are :

  • 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged
  • Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills
  • Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus

    Position : Non-Exempt / Hourly

    Job Type : Full-time / Permanent

    Training Wage : $16.50 / hr - $18 / hr for three months! Paid Bi-weekly!

    Post Training Wage : Continuous base pay of $14.70 / hr PLUS commission!
