Join our dynamic global IT operations team as a full-time, on-site IT Support Technician! In this integral role, you will provide essential support for end-user technology and infrastructure within our warehouse and logistics environment. Collaborate closely with logistics teams to ensure seamless technology functionality, especially during onboarding and critical operational times.

This position allows you to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere of a rapidly growing business, prioritizing real-time problem-solving and delivering outstanding IT services.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Support & Operations

• Provide Level 1 / 2 support for laptops, desktops, Zebra printers, mobile devices, and various hardware.
• Troubleshoot workstation, software, and logistics system issues efficiently.
• Assist associates in daily operations and ensure effective use of warehouse tools.
• Document IT support procedures and enhance the knowledge base.
• Participate in scheduled support rotations as required.
