Project Manager - DFH (Doors, Frames & Hardware) – Stockton, CA

This is a hybrid job (remote + office).

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (DFH) to oversee DFH projects from contract award to closeout, ensuring precision, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role is focused exclusively on DFH and requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to build trusted relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage DFH projects from start to finish, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Serve as the primary contact for general contractors, clients, and vendors on all DFH-related matters.
• Coordinate closely with estimators, field superintendents, and installers to ensure smooth execution.
• Review contracts, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders to protect profitability and compliance.
• Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective measures.
• Provide regular progress updates, cost tracking, and reporting to senior leadership.
