Registered Dietician Position Summary

As the RD at both Henderson Health & Rehabilitation Center and Adamsville Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include :

Purchasing of food & supplies within budget, food preparation, services, and storage.

Maintain a clean and sanitary environment.

Oversee menus, including provision of meal and supplements in accordance with resident care plans. Monitor regular and therapeutic diets.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and participate in QAPI as needed.

Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Administrator and / or VP of Nutritional Services.

Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

Registered Dietician Requirements

Must be a Registered Dietician meeting guidelines set by the State Regulatory Agency

Skilled or Long-Term Care experience preferred
