Customer Service Representative Bilingual Spanish

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
18 / hour (potential to earn up to $21.50 / hour post-training and certifications)
8 : 00 AM 5 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday
W2, Full-Time
ROLE IMPACT
This role is vital to supporting Spanish-speaking customers with efficient, empathetic service while maintaining compliance and internal coordination. You will resolve client concerns, offer technical product guidance, and contribute to customer retention and satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the primary liaison for Spanish-speaking customers, internal teams, and field agents
Resolve service-related inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
Manage incoming service requests and policyholder needs within defined SLAs
Deliver product support and guidance for technical issues
Research and fulfill requests aligned with service standards
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in property and casualty insurance
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
CRM or policy servicing platforms (preferred but not required)
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience with insurance policy servicing
Strong interpersonal and problem-resolution skills
Ability to manage high call volumes effectively
