- solid understanding of QA process and standards
- test case development and bug management with Azure DevOps
- manual and automated UI testing
- cross-browser and responsive web testing
- SQL Server query experience
- experience working with analysts and business users to understand the business domain and requirements
- experience working in Agile Scrum teams
- experience managing User Acceptance Testing
- experience mentoring and training junior QA staff
- familiarity with Azure App Services and Azure Application Insights a plus
- experience with LogRocket or other web session logging / replay tools a plus
- experience with Google Analytics a plus
