Full Charge Bookkeeper Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Mesa, Arizona. This contract to permanent position is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong expertise in bookkeeping and financial management. You will play a key role in overseeing accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Utilize QuickBooks to organize and track financial transactions efficiently.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external use.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and practices.
- Monitor and analyze account balances to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Provide support during financial reviews and audits.
- Address inquiries regarding financial matters in a thorough and timely manner.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards.Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
