Customer Service & Project Support Specialist

Location : On-site Wappingers Falls, NY

Schedule : 35 hours per week

Employment Type : Ongoing role

Role Overview

We are seeking a professional, extraverted, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Project Support Specialist. This role combines customer service excellence, meticulous attention to detail, and coordination responsibilities. Candidates with experience in healthcare or medical environments are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and project updates
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation for all project activities
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and deliverables to support project timelines
  • Ensure accuracy in order processing and project-related data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong customer service experience with excellent communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company positively
  • Extraverted personality with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Coordination experience (scheduling, documentation, follow-up)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a healthcare or medical-related environment
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)

    This is a Contract position based out of Wappingers Falls, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
