Senior Financial Analyst On Site

As a member of the service area Finance team the Senior Financial Analyst works closely with local ministry teams to provide analytical support regarding the team's financial performance. This position collaborates with local ministry leaders to deliver actionable insights that drive performance and decision‑making. The position plays a key role in supporting the financial health and strategic goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to support operational and strategic objectives.
• Analyze and interpret key financial and business trends, identifying opportunities and risks.
• Collect, validate, and organize financial and operational data to prepare monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and trend reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to inform business decisions.

Pay Range

Pay Range : $44.35 - $68.86

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby / on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
