Mortgage Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor - Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities

Review mortgage loan applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program guidelines

Manage approval condition processing and deliver mortgage loan commitment letters on time

Serve as the primary liaison between borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and closing staff to ensure timely updates

Required Qualifications

2+ years of mortgage loan processing experience or related lending / financial services experience

Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs preferred

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

A 2-year college degree is preferred; high school degree or GED is required
