Assure quality of care by adhering to DOH standards of practice and facility standards of Assist with solving residents problems by working with the interdisciplinary team. Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a Must have 1-2 years experience in healthcare settings BLS and Current New Hampshire LPN license Experience in long term care preferred Excellent communicator, positive attitude, and team player Valid drivers license Day shift 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM Evening shift 3 : 00 PM 11 : 30 PM Night shift 11 : 00 PM 7 : 30 AM Weekends Shifts also available
