A major global law firm is seeking a mid level associate to join its litigation and regulatory practice in San Francisco.

The team works across a broad mix of complex matters, including commercial disputes, regulatory strategy, environmental issues, and energy / renewables. The successful candidate will support partners on a wide variety of high‑value matters spanning litigation, advisory work, and project‑related issues.

The Role

You will work on :

• Complex commercial and regulatory disputes
• Administrative and energy‑related regulatory proceedings
• Environmental compliance and advisory matters
• Large‑scale project development work (including renewables and mixed‑use real estate)
• Multi‑disciplinary matters with corporate, regulatory, and litigation components
