Key Responsibilities

Provide telephonic patient care and support, developing and implementing comprehensive care plans

Educate patients on medication adherence and disease management through outbound calls

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experience and continuity of care

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse with an unrestricted current compact license in their state of residence

Must be based in Texas or Arizona

3+ years of clinical RN experience

Experience using Microsoft Office applications

Ability to be licensed in multiple states as required
