Home Infusion RN (30-39 hrs / wk)

Pay Range : $50 to 60 / hr + Incentives

Requirements to Apply

Active Massachusetts RN license

Must reside in Boston

1+ year of infusion experience preferred (IVIG, biologics, antibiotics, TPN, etc.)

Proficient IV skills (PICC, ports, midlines, central lines, peripheral)

Previous home health experience strongly preferred

Comfortable traveling independently throughout Greater Boston and surrounding areas

Job Overview

We're hiring experienced RNs in the Boston area to deliver one-on-one patient care in the home setting. As a Home Infusion RN, you'll provide therapies like IVIG, biologics, antibiotics, and vitamins to mostly chronic patients—often on a weekly or biweekly basis. You'll manage a consistent panel, get paid door-to-door (drive + visit time), and use a company iPad for easy, real-time charting. With a flexible schedule and autonomy over your day, this is a role where you can build meaningful relationships with your patients—without sacrificing work-life balance.
