Job description

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire position in the Woodland Hills area. Candidates with a proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and strong knowledge of MS Office Suite are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Assist with data entry and ensure accuracy in records and databases.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various projects and tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience : At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills : Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Compensation

  • Hourly pay : $22-$25, based on experience and qualifications.

    Work Schedule

  • Hours : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
  • Days : Monday through Friday
  • Pay Details : $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
