Shift : 7-3 or 3-11pm

Location : Cypress Garden Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation

Salary : $58 per hour

Help ensure that our residents receive the highest quality care, working closely with our Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON).

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the DON and ADON to oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure all nursing personnel follow their job descriptions and provide excellent care.
• Assist in facility surveys conducted by government agencies, ensuring the nursing department meets required standards.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor nursing staff, ensuring they adhere to best practices in patient care.
