We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Project Coordinator to support our growing operations in Grapevine, TX . This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction administration and hands-on experience with AIA billing forms G702 and G703. You’ll play a key role in managing project documentation, coordinating schedules, and ensuring accurate billing and reporting.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in construction project coordination
• Proficiency in AIA billing forms G702 and G703 (non-negotiable)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with construction software and Microsoft Office Suite

Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Benefits :

Compensation : $22–$25 / hour
