Job Description

Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

Mandated Requirements :

  • Board Certified in Family Medicine or internal medicine -  REQUIRED
  • PA license (or willing to obtain) -  REQUIRED
  • DEA (or able to obtain) -  REQUIRED
  • Clean malpractice / license -  REQUIRED
  • Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) -  REQUIRE
  • State License - Pennsylvania (PA)

Compensation and benefits :

  • Salary range $265,000-$280,000 based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).  Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
  • Generous Time Away from Work with additional dedicated CEU time - 27 days / year
  • Student Loan Forgiveness Program
  • Robust benefits package to include day 1 medical, dental, vision, paid short- and long-term disability
  • Paid dues, such as professional memberships, licensure, etc. up to $1,500 / year
  • $3,000 towards CME, plus 5 days for attendance paid
  • 403(b) with a company match up to 10%
