Full-Time RN Supervisor – Night Shift

Bradford Hills Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team on the night shift . This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking to step into a leadership role while maintaining part-time hours.

Responsibilities :

Supervise and support nursing staff during the night shift

Ensure quality resident care in compliance with state and federal regulations

Oversee and coordinate evening / night nursing activities and care plans

Mentor and guide LPNs, CNAs, and other team members

Respond quickly to emergencies and make sound clinical decisions

Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams as needed

Monitor and document residents’ conditions, treatments, and progress

Qualifications :

Current RN license in Pennsylvania (in good standing)

Previous supervisory or leadership experience in long-term care preferred

Strong communication, clinical, and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities during night hours

Compassionate, resident-focused, and team-oriented
