Project Manager
As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the construction of luxury custom homes, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline alignment. You'll report directly to the VP of Operations and work closely with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle construction of custom homes valued at $1.5M+
- Coordinate site activity across multiple projects in the Portland area
- Lead subcontractor scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with design specifications and client expectations
- Maintain project documentation and reporting (Buildtrend used, but flexible)
- Conduct regular site visits (80% field, 20% office in Kennebunk)
- Collaborate with VP of Ops and internal teams to forecast and plan
- Uphold safety standards and resolve on-site issues proactively

The successful applicant will have :
