About The Position

Job Title : Certified Surgical Tech

Hours per Shift : 3x12 (09 : 00 - 21 : 30)

Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience required

License : NY license required

Certifications : NBSTSA certification required unless previously worked as a tech in NY prior to 2015

Must-Have :

• EPIC charting experience is a hard requirement
• Candidates must float between units

Description :

We are seeking a Certified Surgical Tech for the Operating Room.

This position involves working with adults and pediatric patients.

It includes participation in elective and emergency surgeries.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining sterility and ensuring efficient surgical procedures.

Weekend and on-call duties include one call per week and one weekend per month.

A total of 23 operating rooms and 1 procedure room are involved.

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.

Experience in handling a variety of specialties is preferred.

Interdisciplinary support is available to enhance patient care.
