What You’ll Do :

Respond to maintenance requests and make timely repairs

Handle basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and boiler systems

Prepare rooms for incoming residents and maintain shared spaces

Assist with safety inspections and coordinate with vendors and contractors

Help with resident support, including outings or appointments

Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols and compliance standards
