Project Manager – Construction Owners Representative / Consultancy Side

Location : San Francisco

Industry : Construction

Employment Type : Full-Time

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction managemen t to lead and oversee projects in San Francisco The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of construction, from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage General Contractors, Subcontractors to ensure project owner's vision is actualized.

Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Conduct regular site visits.

Qualifications :

Strong background in with General Contractors or Owners Representation.

Strong knowledge of municipal infrastructure.
