Licensed Clinical Social Worker

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Remote). Key Responsibilities : Provide brief, evidence-based virtual counseling for low to moderate acuity patients with acute mental health conditions Develop and document comprehensive treatment plans, utilizing diagnostic materials to identify symptoms and create therapeutic strategies Attend staff meetings for case discussions and quality improvement, and maintain patient documentation in accordance with service standards Qualifications : Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution Two years of post-graduate experience as a Clinical Social Worker using virtual platforms Current, active, valid, unrestricted clinical license to practice Clinical Social Work independently Must fulfill credentialing requirements and maintain appropriate clinical privileges Must obtain and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
