DUTIES : Provide a full-range of physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the positions' qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards; Accountable for and contributes to the programs development, quality improvement, problem solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion; Completes appropriate sections of the resident assessment instrument (RAI) and provide age-appropriate therapeutic interventions; Responsible for evaluating patient response to treatment and providing feedback to the rest of the team, while documenting the course of patient care including progress made and continuing need for treatment.

Qualifications :

REQUIREMENTS : Requires a Master’s or foreign equivalent in Physical Therapy or a directly related field. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Physical Therapy or a directly related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Physical Therapist. Position requires travel between four worksites in Los Angeles County and Orange County. Also requires a current State of California Physical Therapist License, or eligible for license in California.

RATE OF PAY : $44.00 to $54.00 per hour
