What You'll Do :

As a Nursing Unit Manager, you will lead and coordinate a dedicated nursing team within our facility. Your leadership is crucial for delivering outstanding care and cultivating a positive atmosphere that prioritizes the health and comfort of our residents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of nursing professionals and support staff
• Design and execute individualized care plans
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing and scheduling
• Conduct assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident well-being
