• Position Details :
• Total Compensation :
• Depending on experience and success in the role this position pays $140,000-$225,000 total annual earnings between base salary and bonus opportunities.

• The Role :
• You will be responsible for handling cases from start to finish, with the support of junior attorneys, law clerks, a paralegal, and legal assistant.
• Qualifications :
• We are looking for a candidate with a growth mindset who not only has the legal experience to support our clients, but who also understands the big picture; someone who always acts with integrity, perseverance, ingenuity, professionalism, and who is motivated to continue sharpening their skills and grow. Qualifications include :
• 7-15 years of experience litigating business (including commercial and shareholder / LLC member disputes) and / or real estate related cases (including fraud, breach of contract, construction, trespass, nuisance, and environmental).
• Ability to competently drive litigation cases forward while delegating and efficiently utilizing the support of paralegals and legal assistants. xuwmhxw
• Must be an Oregon State Bar member in good standing. (WA license is a plus)
• Ability to work within multiple technology systems and platforms such as : ProLaw, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, virtual meeting platforms, etc.
