We are currently hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to join a center-based ABA provider dedicated to collaborative, outcomes-focused care for children with autism spectrum disorder and related needs.

This setting offers SLPs a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with BCBAs, RBTs, and OTs to support functional communication and skill development in a structured, supportive environment.

Your Role Will Include :

  • Completing comprehensive speech-language assessments
  • Delivering individualized therapy sessions in coordination with ABA programs
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on treatment planning and behavior goals
  • Supporting caregiver involvement and home programming
  • Assisting with IEP input and documentation as needed
  • Providing mentorship to CFs, if applicable

    Required Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure and ASHA certification (or CFY in progress)
  • Experience or strong interest in autism and developmental speech-language needs
