Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a General Labor team member to support their overnight production operations. In this role, you will assist the Saw Operator by preparing and organizing parts, stacking finished products, and maintaining an efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong time management, and effective communication skills, contributing to the overall success of the production team.

Location : Mishawaka, IN

Pay Range : $16.75 / hr Shift : 3rd Shift 10 : 00PM - 6 : 00 AM

• Assist the Saw Operator by preparing and organizing parts for production.
• Safely stack and arrange finished parts onto skids.
• Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the workflow.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
