Manufacturing company in Benson NC is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across manufacturing and distribution. Responsibilities include :

• Oversee all supply chain functions including procurement planning warehousing logistics and distribution.
• Design and implement a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) with supporting process controls.
• Lead improvements in warehousing efficiency layout and inventory management for both roll and case shipments.
• Optimize inventory turns to reduce carrying costs while maintaining product availability.
• Manage distribution of raw materials and finished goods ensuring accurate on-time order fulfillment.
• Partner with IT and operations to align supply chain processes during the ERP transition from JD Edwards to SAP.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers carriers and internal departments.
• Establish and track KPIs for on-time delivery order accuracy and inventory efficiency.
• Lead coach and develop a high-performing supply chain team that drives accountability and continuous improvement.
