Job Summary

Responsible for financial support to the organization including assisting with the annual budgeting process, performing regular financial forecasts, performing financial variance analysis of operating.

Results, supporting the needs of non-financial personnel through financial analysis and reporting, and supporting the monthly financial close.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below-mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.

Support financial planning activities across assigned business functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning, while helping ensure alignment with financial targets.

  • Monitor actuals vs. budget / forecast and perform variance analysis.
  • Contribute to the monthly close process, including accruals, reclasses, headcount reconciliations, and variance reporting.
  • Assist with presenting financial results and insights to business partners, functional leads, and senior management.
  • Assist with developing integrated expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations to support decision-making.
  • Assist in building and maintaining financial dashboards to track monthly performance.
  • Perform quarterly T&E audit.
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from the Service team and other stakeholders.
  • Support procurement processes by assisting in opening PRs / POs.
  • Help prepare materials and presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including documentation aligned with the Global Approval Authority Matrix.
  • Act as a right hand to the Commercial Finance Director.
  • Take initiative on ad hoc projects and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Uphold and embody company values while maintaining a proactive, learner mindset.
  • Qualifications

    Education

    ☒ Bachelor's degree required

    Specific Area of Study : degree in Accounting or Finance

    Experience

    ☒ 2 to 5 years relevant experience

    ☒ 5 to 8 years relevant experience

    Specific Related Experience : relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

    Skills

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Well organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Excel and Power Point skills.
  • Experience in SAP and / or Adaptive Insights preferred.
