Requirements :

JOB SUMMARY : INDEVCO North America is looking for a Territory Sales Manager – South Texas for our Building Products division. Ideally this individual will be in Austin, Houston or San Antonio. This individual will be responsible for articulating the value of our building envelope system in a solution-based manner, in addition to becoming a trusted partner of the customer throughout the full sales cycle. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with prospective clients, build a pipeline, and manage client relationships.

Prospecting :

• Proactively search, identify and obtain new business opportunities with new and existing customers. Manage resources as required to accomplish.
• Calling on potential customers and end customers (architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and lumber yards).
• Visit construction job sites for learning, development, and relationship building purposes.
• Work with local distributors to build and maintain effective supply chain and selling networks.
