Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and executing domestic and international transportation activities for Schluter Systems. This position requires strong organizational skills attention to detail data-driven decision-making and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment. The coordinator ensures smooth shipment execution accurate documentation effective communication and reliable follow-through to support daily operations.

Transportation Coordination

• Arrange and coordinate domestic and international shipments to / from suppliers customers and internal sites
• Plan delivery routes and select appropriate transportation modes
• Prepare and provide complete transportation documentation (BOLs labels commercial invoices packing lists SLIs VGM dock receipts etc.)
• Monitor shipments from dispatch to delivery ensuring timely movement and resolving issues

Shipment Administration

Track shipments and provide updates

Carrier Vendor & Partner Coordination

Data Analytics Reporting & KPIs

General Administration & Support

Requirements

Strong data analytics skills ability to interpret analyze and present transportation data KPIs trends and cost metrics is essential

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel : pivot tables lookups formulas visualizations)

14 years of experience in logistics transportation supply chain or related field

Bachelors degree or equivalent related experience

Familiarity with ERP systems and transportation / trade management software

Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams carriers suppliers and forwarders

Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
