Nelson Nygaard is seeking to hire a Marketing / Proposal Coordinator to join our marketing team. The coordinator or senior coordinator will work under the direct supervision of the Marketing / Proposal Manager and in partnership with marketing team members and planners across the firm. The work will support proposal preparation from beginning to end, business development including grant tracking, marketing material creation, and pipeline input.

• You have familiarity with the pursuit and proposal process. (This is not a B2C marketing position for communications or social media work.) You're well versed in the public procurement process and know how to locate, read, and organize responses to RFPs and RFQs.
• You are a team player and willing to jump in where and when you are needed most.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position depends on location, qualifications and years of experience :

Marketing / Proposal Coordinator : $73,595 - $96,799

Senior Marketing / Proposal Coordinator : $83,092 - $114,257

Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; pre-tax transit and bicycling benefit; a 401k program; life insurance; and paid time off. Additionally, we offer flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.
