Human Resources Business Partner

The responsibilities will include providing support in areas related to organizational development, change management, recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, compensation and classification, diversity and inclusion, compliance, and benefits in accordance with state and federal law, labor contracts, Human Resources department rules, goals, and objectives; and perform related duties as assigned.
Examples of work performed include collaborating with business leaders to understand their business needs to develop and deliver HR strategies, providing insights and recommendations on personnel related issues, assisting with organizational change efforts, and addressing workplace disputes by resolving conflict and facilitating open communication among stakeholders.
Essential functions include collaborating with business leaders, providing insights and recommendations, assisting with organizational change efforts, demonstrating continuous effort to improve business operations, meeting regularly with department and division leaders, conducting assessments, partnering with Talent Acquisition and business leaders, collaborating with all human resource teams, addressing workplace disputes, providing guidance to leaders on performance management, and participating in grievance and arbitration processes.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related, two years of human resources, business administration, or related experience. The exam / screening process will consist of a training and experience rating.
