Receives and inspects inbound shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance with purchase orders; verifies quantities and condition before acceptance. Updates inventory systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) to record receipts and maintain accurate stock levels. Performs material handling tasks, including unloading trucks, staging materials, and transferring items to designated storage or production areas. Conducts cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy; identifies discrepancies and processes nonconforming material according to established procedures. Under direction from management, prevents accumulation of excess or obsolete stock; initiates rework, transfer, or scrap actions as needed. Operates material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes safely and in compliance with all safety standards. Coordinates internal material flow, ensuring timely delivery to production lines or cleanroom environments. May monitor, update, and maintain shortage reports including review of work orders. Trains team members on receiving and material handling processes when required. Adheres to documented business processes and safety protocols at all times.
Employees may be assigned to work in environments with a heavier focus on inventory management activities. Performs transactions in SAP or other inventory systems.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
