Store Leader Trainee – Overview

The Store Leader is the heart and soul of the store. A Store Leader with an Assistant or two makes up the stores leadership team, executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, developing the skills of the entire store team, and ensuring customers are well taken care of. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the store leadership team to execute merchandising and marketing initiatives.
• Drive profitability and develop the skills of the store team.
• Support customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs; maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Utilize store metrics and P&L information to inform operational changes.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
