Job Title : Welder

Job Description

Join our team as a Welder, where you'll be responsible for welding and fabricating structural steel in a dynamic shop environment. This role primarily involves welding I beams for the construction industry. The ideal candidate should be able to read blueprints and perform welding tasks efficiently and effectively. While the ability to fit and fab is preferred, it is not strictly required.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks on structural steel, specifically I beams.
• Read and interpret blueprints to execute precise welding operations.
• Ensure efficient and effective welding practices in line with industry standards.
• Utilize flux core and MIG welding techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00 / hr.
