The Mission

To break into the "Fortress" of Frontier AI Labs (e.g., the creators of GPT, Claude, Llama class models) and bring us on the table for high-end post-training data (SFT / RLHF / Red Teaming). The core mission is to take us from

Zero to One

in the Tier-1 market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and penetrate high-value teams within Frontier Labs and emerging Unicorns, especially in gaming industry.

Selling

solutions to research bottlenecks .

Strategic Market Analysis & Reputation Management :

Analyze the AI landscape to identify which labs align with our "Boutique & High-Quality" positioning.

Consultative Technical Sales

Collaborate with Research Scientists and Product Leads. You must be fluent in the language of

RLHF, DPO, SFT, and Model Evaluation .

Translate their vague pains into our technical service packages.

Feedback Loop to R&D :

Bring market intelligence back to our product team. (e.g., "DeepMind is shifting focus to Reasoning Traces, we need to update our annotation tools immediately.")

Requirements

Experience

5-8+ years in B2B Sales / Partnerships, with at least 2 years specifically selling

AI Infrastructure, Data Services, or ML Tooling

to technical buyers.

The Network

Existing connections within the GenAI ecosystem (Foundation Model Labs, VC-backed AI startups) is a massive plus.

Technical Fluency

You don't need to write code, but better confidently discuss Chain-of-Thought (CoT), Hallucination rates, Context Windows, and Safety Alignment.

Grittiness

Proven track record of opening new markets or landing the "First Big Client" for a startup. Thrive in ambiguity and rejection.
