Senior Payroll Consultant

A company is looking for a Senior Infor GHR & Payroll Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead / execute end-to-end payroll cycles in Infor HR Payroll / Lawson

Implement, configure, and optimize Infor GHR and Payroll systems for clients

Conduct assessments of client needs and develop strategies to streamline HR and payroll processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing and consulting on Infor GHR and Payroll systems

Strong understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance standards

Proven experience in project management

Professional certifications related to HR or Payroll (e.g., PHR, SPHR, CPP) are preferred
