• Job Title : Locum Tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Location : Flagstaff, Arizona (Arizona healthcare jobs)
• Assignment Dates : December 3, 2025 - January 7, 2026 (5-week contract)
• Shift Schedule : Day shifts, 10-hour shifts (07 : 00-19 : 00 and 15 : 00-23 : 00)
• Hours per Week : Approximately 40 hours
• Practice Setting : Hospital with 11 main operating rooms and 2 ambulatory ORs
• EMR Systems : Cerner and SaAnesthesia
