Advantia Health is seeking two full-time Obstetrician-Gynecologists to join our dynamic team at Susquehanna OB / GYN & Nurse Midwifery , a physician-led practice located in Bel Air, Maryland . With the feel of a private practice and the backing of a forward-thinking organization, this opportunity blends personalized care, exceptional quality of life, and clinical excellence.
Practice Overview
Location : 520 Upper Chesapeake Drive, Suite 301, Bel Air, MD 21014
Affiliated Hospital : University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Medical Center
Practice Setting : For-profit, private-practice-style OB / GYN group
EMR : Athena
Hospital Equipment : Robotic surgery available
Join a well-established and collegial team of :
2.5 Physicians
5 Certified Nurse Midwives (first call)
5 Nurse Practitioners
Daily patient volume : ~24+ patients / day
Inpatient & Outpatient mix; no telemedicine
Schedule & Call
Clinic Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 15 AM - 4 : 00 PM
Weekday Call : 1 : 5
Weekend Call : 2 weekends per month
Additional Call : Paid opportunity available
Living Radius : Must be in-house for call if living more than 20 miles from the hospital
Candidate Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Open to new graduates (including 2026 grads) and experienced physicians
J1 & H1B visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary : $300,000-$400,000
Bonuses : Net collections-based incentive, signing bonus
Residency Stipend : Yes
Relocation Assistance : Yes
CME : $2,500 annual allowance
Licensure / DEA Fees : Reimbursed
Vacation : 20 days PTO
Benefits : Full health benefits, including medical malpractice
