Our client, a leading organization in the food service industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Hoboken, NJ (hybrid)

Pay Range : $30 to $45

Duration : 12 month contract

Lead the development and implementation of strategic project plans to support organizational goals.

Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure timely project delivery and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Communicate project updates and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and labor laws throughout project execution.

5+ years in B2B growth / ABM Account-Based Marketing / demand gen or marketing operations with proven strategy + program ownership (not just execution).- Demonstrated success designing ABM plays and lead lifecycles that improved pilot / rollout rates and reduced cost-per-SAL.- Familiar with ABM platforms (e.g. 6sense) and Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g.)

Proven experience in project management within a dynamic environment.

Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of relevant project management tools and methodologies.
