About The Role

The Senior Analyst, Capital Planning & Analysis - US Risk Based Capital supports the risk based capital production, modeling, analytics, and forecasting, supporting management to optimize the company's capital, dividends and financial strength. The person in this role will work closely with other members of the Capital Planning & Analysis team, Corporate Actuarial, Investments, Accounting, Treasury, Reinsurance and Rating Agency Relations teams.

The Senior Analyst, Capital Planning & Analysis - US Risk Based Capital will report to the AVP, Capital Planning & Analysis - Domestic.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $64,000 - $100,000 at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.

In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Work Location

If the position is based in one of Corebridge Financials' hub offices which are Houston, TX, Jersey City, NJ. or Woodland Hills, CA office the role is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely. However, we are open to considering full remote candidates outside of these areas.
