Location : Beloit, WI (Hybrid - In-Office to Start, Then 2 Days Work-from-Home)
Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. Central Time)
Compensation : $48,000 per year (Base Salary) + Commission | OTE $70,000-$80,000

Job Summary
The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of business clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role is the primary point of contact for assigned clients, guiding them from onboarding through ongoing service and strategy support. You will collaborate closely with internal departments and vendors to ensure client goals are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main contact for client communication, escalations, and service inquiries
- Conduct monthly check-ins and quarterly business reviews
- Maintain a deep understanding of each client's IT environment and evolving needs
Sales Growth & Account Expansion
Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesPerform whitespace analysis to uncover unmet client needsPrepare accurate quotes, proposals, and manage order processesTrack all activity using CRM and internal toolsOrder & Vendor Coordination
Deliver accurate, timely quotes and ensure proper pricing and marginsRegister deals and coordinate with vendors on special pricingProcess and track orders while resolving any order-related issuesProvide internal reporting on client activity and order statusService Delivery Support
Respond promptly across all channels (email, phone, chat, text)Work with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectationsSupport clients in planning their IT roadmapsRequirements
2-4 years of Account Management or related client-facing B2B experienceBackground in IT services or technology preferredDemonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM toolsStrong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skillsQualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
