Director of Workday Systems

A company is looking for a Director of Business Systems Innovation focused on Workday.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Workday product roadmap for Financial and HCM modules, prioritizing the product backlog

Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and drive platform adoption

Identify opportunities for optimization and manage release cycles, testing, and deployment of new features

Required Qualifications

5+ years in ERP, financial systems, or business systems roles, with exposure to HRIS

3+ years hands-on experience with Workday Financials; familiarity with HCM is preferred

Proven track record in financial product ownership or business analysis within enterprise systems

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; background in Information Systems or HR is a plus

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
