Were seeking an experienced Customs Entry Writer to join our growing international logistics team in Buffalo, NY . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in U.S. import regulations, customs brokerage, and international freight documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, review, and process import entries in compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations.
• Classify goods according to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTSUS).
• Communicate with importers, carriers, and government agencies to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments.
• Verify documentation for accuracy, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Resolve any customs holds or issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all entries comply with current trade laws and company policies.
