We’re looking for a Director of Engineering who can bridge strategy and execution — someone who leads with clarity, builds teams that thrive, and turns technical expertise into commercial success.

You’ll lead a talented civil and structural engineering team known for designing innovative products and solving complex challenges across North America. This is a hands-on leadership role built for someone who wants to influence product direction, mentor strong engineers, and elevate performance across people, process, and technology.

What You Bring

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE)
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of geotechnical or structural engineering experience
• Proven record leading technical teams and developing talent
• Strong understanding of soil mechanics, deep foundations, and building systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD , Inventor , and experience with steel and concrete design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally across the U.S. and Canada
