(Specific schedule to be confirmed) Call Type : Phone Call Ratio : TBC Call Response Time : 15 mins (phone); 60 mins (on-site) Callback % : TBC; around 30 hrs Patient Demographics : Adults Patient Volume : TBC Phone Consults : Yes Admissions : TBC Rounding included : Yes % of Practice : 95% Direct Patient Care, 5% Administrative Duties Procedures : - Angiography Cryoablation, Balloon angioplasty / stent placement, Line insertion - Chemoembolization IVC filters, Cholecystostomy, Vertebroplasty, Drain insertions - Nephrostomy placement, Embolization TIPS placement - Radiologically inserted gastrostomy Biliary intervention, Thrombolysis Biopsy - Dialysis access & related interventions, Radiofrequency ablation - Endovenous laser ablation of varicose veins. EMR : CPRS Hospital Privileges required : Yes Temporary Privileges available : Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements :
- Active unrestricted license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States
- Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- DEA Certificate
- NPI Please note : Physicians who have ever had a license restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily revoked, voluntarily surrendered pending action or denied upon application will not be considered for the purposes of this contract.
