Pay Rate : $46$48 / hr

Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse Long-Term Care for an exciting job in Rifle CO.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care environment

Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders

Monitor assess and document resident conditions and care interventions

Collaborate with providers therapists CNAs and other clinical team members

Ensure adherence to facility policies state regulations and federal guidelines

Maintain accurate electronic charting and updated care plans

Promote a safe therapeutic and supportive environment for residents

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado

Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience

Current BLS certification

Strong clinical assessment critical-thinking and documentation skills

Ability to work 12-hour Day shifts and meet the 36-hour weekly requirement
